Anywhere around the world… In the world of LEGO
Every morning people open their eyes and rush their way to work or meetings.
I tried something different today, I opened my eyes and tried to have a tummyache.
I procrastinate and stopped doing what I need to do. So I went back to sleep.
The feeling sucks after I woke up an hour later and realized the world just went on without you. I hate that. The time went on, the television shows went on, the cars on the road went on, the classes went on, the sun went down too. There it goes, one day is gone and I achieved nothing. As people say, time wouldn’t wait for you if you don’t hold on to it tightly.
There are also a few different sayings about time, which I found from some writers online, I like these few best:
Time goes, you say? Ah no!
Alas, Time stays, we go.
~Henry Austin DobsonTime wastes our bodies and our wits, but we waste time, so we are quits. ~Author Unknown
Who forces time is pushed back by time; who yields to time finds time on his side. ~The Talmud
Time is making fools of us again. ~J.K. Rowling
How long a minute is, depends on which side of the bathroom door you’re on. ~Zall’s Second Law
Time is the only thief we can’t get justice against. ~Astrid Alauda
Time is what we want most, but… what we use worst. ~Willaim Penn
“Living your life without a plan is like watching television with someone else holding the remote control.” - Peter Turla
It’s difficult to just explain about time, when everyone with various experience interprets differently. But as much as I hate time, I do respect its existence to go on over centuries and decades without emotions, compassion nor regrets.
Living over with time, the only way to embrace it, is to treasure and plan every hour to our best, making full use of its essence and it will in return pay us back.
